How Cardbank Septic Works and Gets Paid
Last updated: October 2026
You deserve to know how Cardbank Septic works and how we earn money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Role: Referrals Only
Cardbank Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair, or any other plumbing work.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.
How We Earn Money
Providers or marketing partners may pay Cardbank Septic for calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand Alone
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Cardbank Septic. Each one is solely responsible for:
- Its quotes, prices, and terms
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, insurance, permits, and certifications
- How it communicates and behaves with you
Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse the work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check licenses, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you choose.
Recorded Calls
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification, and billing purposes.
